Project: 1930's New York style, art deco themed restaurant.
Client: Velvet Room
Sunbelt's Role: Design, fabrication, and installation of themed elements.
A spectacular 12' by 12' New York City scape sets the theme for this Scottsdale, Arizona restaurant. The three dimensional hand-painted mural is brought to life with special effects lighting. Custom metal railings and relief accent moldings and panels carry the theme throughout.
Project: Themed restaurant.
Client: Christopher's Fermier Brasserie
Sunbelt's Role: Design, fabrication, and installation of themed elements.
One of the first things customers see when they walk into Christopher's is a whimsical two foot steel spoon door pull. From that point on, Sunbelt's original decorative detailing continues to define the ambiance of this elegant eatery. Of special note are the custom bartops and lighting fixtures.

Project: 114,000 square foot Indian themed casino.
Client: Cliff Castle Casino
Sunbelt's Role: Design development, fabrication, and installation of authentic Indian theming.
Cost: $2 million.
Sunbelt used extensive faux finishes, wall treatments, and special lighting fixtures to replicate ancient Indian cliff dwellings throughout the casino's restaurants and lounges. Other areas of the casino are treated with sculpture, original signage, faux finishes, custom lighting, and water features.

Project: Jamaican themed coffee houses and kiosks.
Client: Coffee Plantation-Scottsdale Fashion Square
Sunbelt's Role: Designed and built original Coffee Plantation theming.
Sunbelt's designs became the prototype for subsequent Coffee Plantation restaurants. Sunbelt also designed and built a number of freestanding coffee kiosks. Special features include fine crafted wood detail and a unique wood latticework canopy.

Retail Environments
Project: 14,000 square foot interactive game room.

Sunbelt carries the sci-fi fantasy through to the retail elements of this project with detailed millwork and faux finishes on counters, display stands, and point of sale terminals. Client: Bass Pro Shops

An original signage package creates a strong identity for these fishing themed retail stores. The project includes interior and exterior signage for all of their larger locations.

Project: 60,000 square foot baseball museum.
Client: Bank One Ballpark-Cooperstown Hall of Fame Museum
Sunbelt's Role: Design and create display vehicles for the museum's artifacts.
Housed in Phoenix, Arizona's state of the art retractable roof stadium, this museum was built to look and feel like a baseball clubhouse. Displays that mimic players' lockers were fabricated in Sunbelt's woodshop. Extensive large murals, hand painted on used brick walls, showcase historic baseball legends. Photo displays were uniquely crafted by Sunbelt's graphics department so as to engage the imagination of all that frequent the ballpark.
