Custom Sets

Project: Sony Global Marketing Conference, Takanawa, Japan.
Sunbelt's Role: Custom set design and fabrication, and coordinated installation.

Sunbelt designed and fabricated this set in the USA, and oversaw the installation by a local crew in Japan. It is a large, stretched fabric piece, illuminated by color light projection.

Project: AT&T Global Information Solutions, Orlando, Florida.
Sunbelt's Role: Custom set design and fabrication.

This high impact set features painted scrim panels on curved metal frames, and a large 34 foot diameter turntable which reveals a full orchestra.

 

Project: NCR CPC show, Barcelona, Spain.
Sunbelt's Role: Custom set design and fabrication.

This set features a 75 foot wide by 25 foot high metal and wood star with an entrance ramp for the parade of flags.

 

Project: Coach Conference.
Sunbelt's Role: Custom set design and fabrication.

This 48 foot wide set has a 9 by 12 screen, wood framing with painted mahogany finish, spandex, corrugated roofing, and carpet covered panels.

Trade Shows and Exhibits

Project: 5,300 square foot museum expansion.
Client: Heard Museum, Phoenix, Arizona
Sunbelt's Role: Design development and fabrication of museum furnishings.

The Kitchell gallery expansion includes finely crafted wood display cases, custom lighting, graphics, reception counters, and desks. These fine furnishings were designed by Kevin Winters and built by Sunbelt for this prestigious museum.

Project: Three tradeshow booths.
Client: A/M Cosmetics
Sunbelt's Role: Design development and fabrication of traveling displays.


These large booths measure 20' by 20' and include complex radius cabinetry, recessed lighting, and glass shelving. Designed by renowned New York designer Tom Schwinn, and custom built by Sunbelt, they are used routinely in the USA, Italy, and Hong Kong for the distinctive display of our client's products.

Project: Freestanding coffee kiosks.
Client: Coffee Plantation
Sunbelt's Role: Design and fabrication of kiosks.

Project: Traveling display booth.
Client: Fender
Sunbelt's Role: Design and fabrication of display.

This portable display booth is designed to look like a large Fender reverb amp. It opens up to show the full line of Fender guitars and all their options.

 

 

Signage and Graphics

Project: 114,000 square foot Indian themed casino.
Client: Cliff Castle Casino-Kitchell Contractors
Sunbelt's Role: Design, development, fabrication and installation of total theming package.
Cost: $2 million.

Working closely with tribal representatives, Sunbelt created authentic Indian theming for this casino. Highlighted here is the original, award-winning signage. Water features, and extensive faux finishes complete this entertainment facility.

Project: 14,000 square foot interactive game room.
Client: AirTight Garage-Sony, Japan
Sunbelt's Role: Design, fabrication and installation of science fiction themed elements.
Time Spent: 8 months
Cost: $1.3 million

An extensive signage package features the sci-fi theming that defines this massive entertainment attraction.
